At our 4th annual International Women's Day Luncheon and Panel Discussion, we will celebrate barrier-breaking women in Delaware's higher education: Dr. Laverne Harmon of Wilmington University, Dr. Colleen Perry Keith of Goldey-Beacom College, Jean Dahlgren of DCAD and Dr. Wilma Mishoe of Delaware State University, who is retiring at the end of the year.
