A combination of slow, gentle movements, deep breathing, and focused intent work together to improve and maintain one’s mental and physical health. Regular practice brings the heart, mind, and body into harmony and balance. Qi Gong is easy to do, and can be practiced successfully by anyone, regardless of age or fitness level. Please bring a yoga mat and dress comfortably.
