ABOUT THE EVENT: Looking for something fun to do on the weekend? Join Linvilla Orchards on Sunday, October 4, 2015 for a live performance by the whole Makin’ Music band! This annual tradition brings the talented and entertaining Makin’ Music to the main stage, where they will play a mix of fun, educational children's music that both kids and parents will love! From folk and pop, to rock and roll, Kim Fink, Sandi Eckberg, Jody Weaver, Jenni Saunders, Daniel Bower, Eve Wilder, Michael Kropp, Nancy Micciulla Curry and Jared Loss will have everyone clapping and dancing in their seats. Don’t forget to stick around for other fun activities, as Makin’ Music’s performance takes place during our Pumpkinland Harvest Fest. THINGS TO DO: The Farm Market: Our Farm Market provides customers with fresh produce, baked goods, and gourmet specialties throughout the year. Pick up one of our signature pies, homemade salsas, and guacamole. Our produce is homegrown and locally sourced. Hours of operation 8 a.m. – 9 p.m. Facepainting: Our partner, Stacey’s Face Painting, brings professional artists to Linvilla Orchards who transform faces with wonderful designs creating big smiles! Hayrides: Harvest Hayride: Take your family on a hayride through Linvilla’s scenic fields and orchards! 10 a.m. - 5 p.m., $6 per person. Hayridres To The Witches House: Visit the friendly Witches House in the woods for a good story, a warm bonfire, and a tasty treat! 5:30 - 8:30 p.m., $9 per person. Autumn Moon Hayrides: This nighttime hayride is followed by a bonfire, marshmallow roasting, and apple cider. 6 - 8 p.m., $7.50 per person.
