Drink Recipe: Piña Colada in the MORNING?!

Our good friend Leah Dillon Personal Training and Wellness has set forth a personal 100 day challenge that started yesterday. The goal is to do 100 days of... something, anything that is a bit a of a challenge for you to do. 100 days takes us right to New Year's Eve, which if completed, leaves us with one less resolution for 2013. Here's my accountability for this morning: 6am gym, and this yummy kale-filled piña colada juice!
The recipe is as follows, everything to personal taste.
- coconut water (I got mine straight out of the coconut)
- honey crisp apple
- pineapple chunks
Juice the kale and apple. Pour the juice into a blender and blend smooth with a 1/4 cup of coconut water and pineapple. Enjoy!
