Free Acupuncture Day Celebration

To celebrate its grand opening, HealthPoint Community Acupuncture, in Lahaska, will give free acupuncture treatments from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., August 10. Established in June, HealthPoint is a community acupuncture clinic dedicated to bringing healthcare to as many people as possible.

“Acupuncture is safe, simple, and effective and we want to share it with as many people as possible,” affirms owner and licensed acupuncturist Lauren Cunha. Free Acupuncture Day is a great way for individuals to experience acupuncture for the first time. Four people are treated at a time in sessions that last from ten to twenty minutes. Although appointments cannot be made on Free Acupuncture Day, anyone that cannot be seen by the end of the day is guaranteed a free treatment for another time.

Cunha earned her Bachelor of Health Science and Master of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine degrees in Gainesville, Florida. Cunha is committed to helping improve people’s mental and physical well-being.

Location: 5667 York Rd., Rte. 202 at Hollyberry Sq., Lahaska. For more information, call 267-544-9881 or visit HealthpointAcu.com.
