Yoga Class to Raise Funds and Awareness for Women’s Heart Health

Sue Elkind, who co-owns DIG Yoga in Lambertville, New Jersey, with her husband Naime Jezzeny, will host a Change of Heart yoga class in the Lambertville studio from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m., February 19. The heart-opening yoga class is designed to celebrate the strength and wisdom of the feminine.

Each participant will receive a one-year subscription to SELF magazine, a Change of Heart gift bag and heart health information. A $5 contribution from each $20 registration fee will be donated to the American Heart Association Go Red for Women movement, which encourages awareness and funds research and educational programs.

DIG Yoga is a health-conscious, eco-friendly, people-oriented yoga business with a second location, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, which is co-owned by Mariel Freeman.
