Spotlight Profile: Jamie Nichols
Students from beginner to advanced can enjoy the gentle movement, strength building and flexibility improvement of this regular practice. Classes will include a combination of traditional hatha yoga and restorative yoga, ending on a restful note for a good night’s sleep and a renewed sense of wholeness.
Nichols offers clinical counseling, coaching and both private and group yoga classes through her organization, Open To Grace Wellness (OpenToGraceWellness.com). “My deepest wish is to offer my clients and students the same sense of wellness that I have been fortunate to experience myself through mind, body, spirit practices,” she says.
