Psychological and Behavioral Health in Langhorn Focuses on Body-Mind-Spirit Connection
Sep 04, 2018 07:40AM
M.E. Matters offers psychological and behavioral health services for individuals, couples, teens and families. Founder David Piltz explains that the three main focuses of M.E. Matters—neurofeedback, therapy and a spirituality awareness group—reflect the importance of connection between body, mind and spirit.
“Neurofeedback helps to physically rewire the brain in a non-invasive way; therapy helps us examine actions and patterns of behaviors; and examining our relationship with our health in terms of our spiritual awareness reveals hidden blocks and fears,” says Piltz. “This body-mind-spirit balance creates the ability to always have a managed response in any situation.”The M.E. Matters website provides a more in-depth explanation of neurofeedback, including research, testimonials and a list of conditions it can help improve. Likewise, its various therapy services are outlined and explained. The M.E. Matters Spirituality Health & Awareness Group meets each Friday at 10 a.m.
New clients are encouraged to call and schedule a free, 30-minute consultation.
