Yoga Nidra Meditation (Virtual Event)
Yoga nidra or yogic sleep is a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping, like the "going-to-sleep" stage, reached through a guided meditation. It is among the deepest possible states of relaxation while still maintaining full consciousness.
During a guided meditation, you are guided through the layers of the waking conscious and dreaming state in order to access subconscious mind. All are welcome. Virtual class.
