Rina’s Rocks Celebrates Relocation with Open House

Rina’s Rocks has relocated to 120 South York Road, in Hatboro. An open house to celebrate the recent move will be held from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., on October 15, and includes angel and tarot card readings, sound healing, a rock raffle and refreshments. Parking is available on South York Road and in the municipal lot behind the building.

The serene, peaceful shop boasts an expansive selection of rare and unique tumbled stones, crystals, fossils, rocks and minerals, as well as books, artwork from local artists, pure, organic essential oils, incense, candles and custom, handmade jewelry. Customers can choose their own stone and have it made into a unique piece of wearable art.

The vape bar that shared the former space will not be moving to the new location, allowing the collection to be enjoyed in a smoke-free and relaxing environment.

Rina, a member of the Philadelphia Mineralogical Society, provides personalized customer service. “If someone is looking for a particular mineral, rock or crystal, in a size, shape or color that we do not carry, we will find it for them,” she says. “We take many trips across the U.S. on rock quests and have many connections around the world.”

An array of services and educational classes are also offered. Drop-in guided meditation with music is held from 7:30 to 8:30 p.m., on Thursdays. A drum circle is held from 7 to 9 p.m., the third Friday of each month. Additional classes for adults and children, as well as speakers from the Philadelphia Mineralogical Society, are held throughout the year. Event details can be found on the website.
